These biodegradable cotton bags are made from 100% organic cotton canvas with GOTS certification. The fabric weight ranges from 6 to 10 oz. The bags are available in natural cotton colors without conventional dyeing processes. Common sizes include 32×38 centimeters and 35×40×10 centimeters. The handles are made from organic cotton webbing. Printing options include soy-based ink and selected natural dyes. These bags have a load capacity of 5 to 10 kilograms. Under suitable composting or natural conditions, the organic cotton material can gradually break down over time. GOTS certification supports traceability from organic cotton farming to the finished product.

Separate Production Lines for Organic Materials

From raw material storage to cutting and sewing, we maintain separate areas, clear labeling, and production records. Our workers are trained to identify GOTS-certified orders and follow specific handling requirements throughout the manufacturing process.
The sewing thread used for GOTS-certified orders is organic cotton or biodegradable thread according to customer requirements. Regular polyester thread is not used for certified production. We maintain records from material purchasing through final shipment, and these documents are available for certification body audits. This is part of our standard management procedure for GOTS-certified orders.
