Collapsible Woven Bags

These collapsible woven bags are made from PP woven fabric with a weight of 60 to 90 grams per square meter. This lightweight material provides better flexibility and portability compared with standard woven fabric. The fabric feels soft and comfortable in the hand. When fully expanded, the bag size is 45×50×15cm. After folding, it becomes approximately 15×15cm, making it easy to store and carry. The handles are made from extra-long webbing, allowing comfortable shoulder carrying. We offer screen printing and heat transfer printing options for customization. The bag can hold 8 to 15 kilograms of weight. A built-in storage pocket is added to the design. This pocket uses a zipper or snap closure and allows users to store the folded bag when it is not in use.

The biggest advantage of these collapsible woven bags is their lightweight structure and excellent portability. Compared with folded non-woven bags, the woven fabric version provides better strength while maintaining a compact folded size. Woven fabric also offers better tear resistance than non-woven material. Although the bag uses lightweight fabric, it still maintains reliable load-bearing performance. Fold Durability and Precision Production

Our technical team studied the folding durability of woven fabric during the development of these collapsible woven bags. Repeated folding can create stress on the flat yarns and gradually affect fabric strength. To improve durability, we selected thinner and more flexible flat yarns for this product. We also added special crease treatment to the folding areas. This process helps the folded sections maintain a flatter shape and reduces stress on the yarn structure.

During production, the built-in storage pocket is carefully designed according to a standard template. The pocket size must be accurately controlled. If it is too large, the folded bag may not stay securely inside. If it is too small, the bag cannot be stored properly. Our workers follow fixed cutting and sewing standards to ensure consistent pocket dimensions and stable product quality.
