This felt carry bag is made from PET polyester felt with a thickness of 2 to 5 millimeters. The material is 100% recyclable. We offer three common sizes: 30×25×18 centimeters, 35×28×20 centimeters, and 40×30×25 centimeters. Handle options include integrated felt handles and webbing handles. The bag features an open-top design, and snap closure can be added according to customer requirements. The interior can also include optional dividers for better organization. This bag has a load capacity of 8 to 15 kilograms. Multiple colors are available, and color-blocking designs can also be customized. The construction uses laser cutting with a one-piece forming process.
The design focuses on practical storage functionality. The felt material is soft and helps protect stored items from scratches. The bag maintains its shape well and can stand upright without additional support when placed open. Optional internal dividers help separate different items for easier organization. Efficient Laser Cutting and Assembly
Our laser cutting workshop specializes in processing PET felt materials. The one-piece forming process allows us to create complex shapes while reducing additional assembly steps. Our designers integrate the handles and bag body into a single structure. After laser cutting, the components are ready for final assembly, which improves production efficiency.
Snap installation is completed with dedicated equipment. Workers accurately position both snap parts on the felt surface and secure them using a pressing machine. This process ensures reliable fastening and long-term durability. For color-blocking designs, we sew different colored felt pieces together. Our skilled sewing workers ensure smooth and flat seams, creating clean color transitions and a refined appearance.
This felt carry bag is suitable for home storage, diaper bags, car trunk organizers, office document storage, and moving organization. The felt material provides a softer and more attractive alternative to traditional cardboard or plastic storage boxes. It adds a decorative touch to homes, offices, and vehicles.
