This large felt bag is made from thick PET felt with a thickness of 3 to 5 millimeters. The material offers excellent wear resistance and durability. We provide three common sizes: 45×35×20 centimeters, 50×40×25 centimeters, and 55×45×30 centimeters. The handles are wide and long felt handles with a width of 6 to 8 centimeters, designed for comfortable shoulder carrying. The bag has a load capacity of 15 to 25 kilograms. Closure options include an open top, snap closure, and zipper closure. Optional inner pockets can be added according to customer requirements. The construction uses one-piece thick felt cutting with rivet reinforcement at high-stress points. The widened flat bottom provides stable support and strong load-bearing performance.
This product offers the highest storage capacity in our felt bag collection. All three sizes provide generous storage space. The smallest size, 45×35×20 centimeters, is already larger than many regular shopping bags, while the largest size, 55×45×30 centimeters, can accommodate bulky items. The thick felt structure provides excellent load-bearing performance, and the bottom remains stable even under full loads. The wide handles help distribute weight across the shoulder, making carrying more comfortable than traditional hand-carry bags. The widened flat base allows the bag to stand securely on the ground. It is suitable for shopping, travel, and daily storage needs.
Large-Scale Production and Reinforcement Details
Our production workshop pays close attention to every manufacturing detail of this large felt bag. Large felt pieces require larger cutting areas, and our laser cutting equipment can process oversized felt sheets with high precision. Rivet reinforcement is added to the handle attachment points and four bottom corners because these areas receive the highest stress during use. Rivets provide stronger connections and improve durability compared with standard sewing alone.
Our workers use specialized tools to install each rivet securely. When a zipper closure is selected, our sewing team first attaches the zipper to the felt panel before completing the final assembly. Optional inner pockets are positioned at practical heights for convenient access and better organization.
This large felt bag is suitable for large-volume shopping, travel luggage, diaper bags, sports gym bags, moving storage, and car trunk organization. Its multifunctional design allows it to meet different usage needs. We support OEM and ODM customization services. Customers can select different sizes, colors, closure methods, and interior structures. The MOQ is 500 pieces. Sample development usually takes 5 to 10 days. Mass production takes around 25 days due to the larger size and additional reinforcement processes. Third-party inspections are accepted.
