This eco-friendly non-woven bag is made from 100% PP spunbond non-woven fabric, with recycled content available according to customer requirements. The material weight ranges from 70 to 100 grams per square meter.

The common sizes are 35 × 40 × 10 centimeters and 30 × 38 × 8 centimeters. The handles are wrapped with non-woven fabric and reinforced with stitching. This structure improves handle strength and durability. The handles are less likely to separate from the bag body during daily use.

For printing, we use water-based ink screen printing. This environmentally friendly ink has relevant certifications and is safer for the environment and users. The weight capacity ranges from 3 to 8 kilograms, making it suitable for shopping, promotional activities, and retail packaging.

Our factory is located in Jiahong Industrial Park, Longgang, Wenzhou. We obtained BSCI certification several years ago. This certification requires strict evaluation of social responsibility, production conditions, and factory management.

We complete annual audits to maintain continuous improvement. When producing this eco-friendly non-woven bag, our workers follow standardized production procedures. Every production step is recorded, including fabric cutting, printing, ultrasonic bonding, and sewing.
