Reusable Non-woven Bag

This reusable non-woven bag is one of our factory's classic products. We use PP polypropylene non-woven fabric with a weight range of 80 to 120 grams per square meter. This material provides a good balance between softness and strength. It is lightweight for daily use while maintaining enough durability for repeated carrying.

The dimensions of this bag are 33 x 38 x 25. The handles are made from the same non-woven material. They are 2.5 to 3 centimeters wide and approximately 60 centimeters long. This handle length is practical for daily shopping. Users can carry it by hand or place it comfortably on their wrist.

We have manufactured this reusable non-woven bag for many years. Our factory is located in Longgang, Wenzhou. We operate screen printing machines, color printing machines, and sewing equipment every day. Our factory covers 5,000 square meters and has 60 workers.

We manage all production processes in-house, including lamination, printing, heat pressing, and sewing. We do not outsource production to external factories. Our own workers and equipment help us control every production detail. For example, we check stitch spacing and cross-stitch reinforcement on handles. We also maintain strict internal standards for these quality points.

This reusable non-woven bag can carry 5 to 10 kilograms of weight. It is strong enough for daily grocery shopping and promotional activities. Customers can use it to carry bottles, food packages, and other common items.

For printing options, we provide screen printing, offset printing, and heat transfer printing. Printing colors can range from single color to four colors. Many brand customers choose to add their own logos and designs. Our experienced printing team ensures accurate colors and clean printing edges.
