Reusable Woven Bags

Our reusable woven bags are made from PP woven fabric with a weight of 70 to 110 grams per square meter. We can also add a certain percentage of recycled PP material to the fabric based on customer requirements. Common sizes include 42×48×15cm and 50×55×20cm. The handles are made from wide webbing with cross-stitch reinforcement at the attachment points. This structure provides stable support and prevents the handles from separating from the bag body during heavy loading. For printing, we use eco-friendly water-based ink. These bags can hold 15 to 25 kilograms of weight. Edge binding and bottom cross-stitch reinforcement improve the overall strength and durability of the bag structure.

The main advantage of these bags is their excellent strength and long service life. According to our internal testing, they can be reused more than one thousand times under normal conditions. They also offer good UV resistance, helping maintain color and material strength when exposed to sunlight. The surface is easy to clean because dust and mud can be removed with a damp cloth. The bottom area is the key load-bearing part. We use double-layer woven fabric and reinforced stitching in this area to improve tear resistance. This design helps prevent common damage that often occurs after long-term use.

Material Control and Thoughtful Details

We maintain strict material control during production. Every roll of woven fabric entering our factory is inspected for density, thickness, and tensile strength. Our quality control team has more than ten years of industry experience and follows clear inspection standards to ensure consistent material performance.

Our sewing workshop uses industrial high-speed sewing machines to maintain stable stitching quality. The stitches are even and firm. When attaching the handles, we add back-stitching at the end of the webbing. Although this reinforcement only requires a few extra centimeters of stitching, it effectively prevents the thread from loosening during repeated use. This small production detail helps improve the overall lifespan of the bags.

These reusable woven bags are widely used in grocery stores, bulk shopping, moving, storage, and logistics applications. They are also suitable for agricultural product packaging. Compared with canvas bags, they provide a more cost-effective solution while maintaining strong load capacity and durability. We support OEM and ODM customization to meet different market requirements. The minimum order quantity is 500 pieces. Sample development takes 5 to 10 days, and mass production usually takes about 20 days. Third-party inspections are also accepted.
