This laminated PP woven shopping bag is made from PP woven fabric with a weight range of 60 to 100 grams per square meter. The fabric density is available in 8×8 or 10×10 threads per inch, providing different options for strength and flexibility.

Common sizes include 40 × 45 × 15 centimeters and 45 × 50 × 18 centimeters. The handles are made from PP webbing or cotton webbing, with widths ranging from 2.5 to 3.8 centimeters.

For printing, we provide offset printing, screen printing, and heat transfer options. This laminated PP woven shopping bag can carry 10 to 20 kilograms of weight. For customers who need to transport liquids or moisture-sensitive products, we can add a PE waterproof inner lining for additional protection.

Its production process differs from that of non-woven bags. The woven fabric is first produced using circular looms, followed by cutting, printing, and sewing processes. Our circular looms can produce fabrics with different density levels. Higher-density fabrics provide stronger load capacity, while lower-density fabrics offer a softer texture.

Our production team adjusts machine parameters according to customer requirements. Experienced workers carefully monitor the fabric production process and identify issues such as broken threads or missing warp yarns to maintain product quality.

 

Our quality control team applies strict inspections throughout production. Woven fabric is different from ordinary textile materials because it is made from interwoven flat yarns. A broken flat yarn can reduce the overall strength of the bag.

Before cutting, we inspect the fabric carefully. Any defective areas are marked and removed to ensure that only qualified materials enter production.

The sewing process is also important for woven bags. We use thicker polyester thread and tighter stitch spacing to improve seam strength. Reinforced stitching is added to the bottom area to prevent splitting when carrying heavy loads.

This product also supports an optional PE waterproof inner lining. The lining is heat-pressed into the bag and closely attached to the inner wall. It improves water resistance and helps prevent fine powder or small particles from leaking.
